confusion over the total amount of expense incurred by ford park to date can be cleared up by an equation  of math.

 but operation cost will increase with salaries, maintenance, redesigning,   (replacement items)  (replacing machinery)   baseball field maintenance, R.V. Park it  Goes on and on.

if operation cost holds at 1.5 million and it wont,  in three years the total cost will rise $400,000        to 5.7 million.

in 10 years  the combined cost 7.6 million that’s an increase of $2,.3 million.  figures are included in the $165 million total cost.

this does not include redesigning of the ampha theater and the fees  of an architect firm  , repairs of the R. V. park,  damages  by the hurricane.   

 additional monies that possibly wont be covered by our insurance and will be paid by the taxpayer. 

i would like to know when the auditor voted ford park in.  if he had a vote on this court  we have a problem.  erroneous disinformation being released in the media on  who put ford park in operation.  calling for the resignation of the auditor.  He isn’t the one that needs

to go.   i checked – swain  was not an elected commissioner at that time -- he did not have a vote. 

Entergy study done on ford park   suggested with projected numbers ford park would flood this county with economic increase.  the court used that to determine their vote.

the numbers guy jerry,   said in 10 years ford park would make $481 million for this county.   the court used that information to determine their vote.

the cost at the time was suppose to be $55 million not what it is now.   the court used that to vote ford park in.

and i want to know what exact questions and what persons  asked the questions   when  the auditor  responded "now is the time"  because he deals with cold solid facts.  Numbers don’t lie.

4 cents out of the 6 cent tax increase pays for ford park. Our Taxes will be raised  again. 

 dont put the blame  for ford park –  on a department head  that does  not have a vote on this court and does not determine the fate of taxpayers.
