Hudson Community Bicycle Ride

This is a family-friendly bicycle ride on the Summit Metro Parks Bike & Hike Path, promoting active lifestyles, showcasing our excellent bicycle trail system, and raising awareness of the future Veterans Trail between Hudson and Akron. The out & back ride begins at LifeCenter Plus in Hudson and proceeds northwest on the path towards Brandywine Falls. Markers will be placed on the path to indicate turn-around points for 5, 10, 15, and 20 mile rides.

Check-in will open at 8:30 AM. The Hudson Police Department will facilitate the Darrow Road crossing in 15 min intervals, from 9:00 to 9:30, from LifeCenter Plus to the SMP Bike & Hike trailhead on Norton Road.

Registration includes:

• 💧 Bicycle water bottles for the first 100 registrants

• 🍌 Fluids and snacks (water, Gatorade, granola bars, and bananas)

• 🚲 Pre-ride bicycle check by All Around Cyclery of Hudson

• 🎟️ LifeCenter Plus is providing guest passes for participants, and a basket of services to be raffled off.

• 🍽️ Green Valley Brewing Company is providing food discount coupons to participants over 12yrs of age.

Inclement Weather:

If rain begins after the start of the ride, it will be up to the discretion of bicyclists to return to the start or continue their ride.

The event will be canceled if there is rain or a strong forecast for it at 9am. The check-in tent will be available from 8:30 to 10:00 am for registrants to pick-up water bottles, snacks, and other swag.

There will not be any refunds or contingent ride dates. Your registration fee is considered a donation to TASCforce Inc., a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization, and will be used for trail advocacy in Summit County.
